About
Magdalena Bugajska
I am a fully qualified counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer counselling in English and Polish and welcome clients from a range of ages and backgrounds.
Reaching out to a therapist may feel daunting and a therapy itself challenging. Whatever you bring to the therapeutic room, I will offer you empathy and non-judgemental space. I consider assisting you in your journey to self-awareness and self-fulfilment a privilege and I will respect the uniqueness of your own process.

Experience
I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, anger, bereavement, loss, eating disorders, relationship issues, sexuality, trauma (including PTSD), abuse, domestic violence, suicidal thoughts, addiction and low self-esteem. I have also worked with clients with ADHD, autism and neurodiverse clients.

I am committed to continuous learning in my practice and I attend counselling workshops and coursers to ensure I can provide clients with best support.
